Advanced Remote Management Services

Remote electronics diagnosis and repair

Our field engineering support services group assists clients with recurring remote electronics diagnostics and repair requirements of high-end electronics. Our on-site testing, repair, service, and support team can deploy to remote locations to solve complex electroncs problems. ATS also provides onsite rework and flashing services to major electronics manufacturers across the US. Clients for our field services require technical or engineering support in areas, or on timetables not manageable by their internal staff. Saberex can provide national coverage on an as-needed basis for these deployments.

 

Complete Managed Services

Outsourced management of Testing, Inspection, and RMA Functions

ATS has developed a comprehensive approach to providing partial and complete managed services to OEM and contract manufacturers. The scope of these services include:

On Site Failure Analysis

Our onsite verification team provides highly trained electronics technicians in place at manufacturing or assembly facilities where our client’s products or components are installed. Our job is to manage the products and components rejected due to failure. We perform thorough testing and diagnostics for all failed materials and provide the client complete results and analysis on each product to determine the cause of failure and screen for possible errors in the product or the manufacturers testing procedures.

 

Reliability Engineering Support

ATS offers specialized engineering services to help our clients develop the best test strategy for their products. We offer a unique balalnce of testing and reliablilty services. Our staff is capable of assisting our clients within the parameters of their defined testing protocol. We are also adept at developing test/reliability requirements. We can perform Qualification and Reliability tests in-house, or work with our clients at a designated facility. Our service model is modular according to our client's unique business requirements.
