The Challenge:
A luxury hotel chain utilizes digital playback devices programmed with video for guests. These devices, located across the US require reprogramming. Hiring a team of technicians for this project was a logistical challenge requiring extensive recruitment of subcontractors in various areas of the country. The time to complete of the project was extremely short.

The Solution:
The Advanced Technical Services group was brought in to provide the solution. Utilizing our nationwide network of qualified technicians ATS deployed a team of technicians to hotel locations across the US to perform the flashing procedure.

The Result:
All units were successfully programmed and put back into service. The hotel chain was able to realize a substantial cost savings. The entire project was completed in less than half the time an internal team would have taken to complete the project.

The challenge:
An electronics manufacturer was losing money and valuable production time due to irregularities in a small percentage of products or materials. The efforts to correct these problems caused a disproportionate allocation of valuable technicians to correct these problems.

The Solution:
Saberex ATS team began with an analysis of workflow and created an in-depth report of the entire product testing process. The areas of inconsistency were isolated and a more efficient system and workflow, and analysis method was developed. The ATS team then began the process of implementing the new system and bringing in client personnel to train in the new system. Eventually in-house employees replaced ATS people.

Result:
The result is a more efficient use of time, workspace, and personnel to handle these occurrences. The increase in productivity, and reduction of lost time has generated a significant gain in productivity.
