The Depot, Test and Repair Group is committed to fast turnaround times, complete and accurate testing/screening procedures, with complete documentation, and dedicated personal customer service.
1. Depot – Segregation, storage and shipping by part number, vendor, destination, etc. This can include re-boxing (single box to bulk box or vice versa), re-labeling, data capture (scanning inbound/outbound) and reporting (customized web portal).
2. Screening/Testing – Typically processes mid-level to high volumes of technology-based products for OEM’s.

3. Electro/Mechanical Assembly – Typically processes low to high-level volumes of technology-based products for product development companies and OEM’s looking to outsource part or all of their manufacturing process. The product might be a sub-assembly or a finished product. The work may involve design and engineering assistance, BOM management, vendor approval, material purchasing, supply chain management, assembly, test development, and testing.

SabeRex's processing systems manage 1.5 million transfers a year. We work with suppliers for depot-to-depot transfers. We consistently demonstrate our ability to achieve a (DPPM) damage parts per million rate below the national average of 500. Repacking and Re-labeling: Three million pieces of material are processed for our customers. The type of work involves sorting, screening, scanning, re-labeling, re-boxing, storage and shipping, some cosmetic touch-up and reworking of products.
