Andrew Cooper has spent his entire professional career in the technology industry. Before founding TyRex Manufacturing Group with John Bosch, Jr. in 1995 and becoming the President / CEO of SabeRex, Andrew gained a wealth of knowledge in the fields of Aerospace, Electronics, and Voice / Data Infrastructure. Additionally, Andrew has extensive experience with international travel, global logistics, and cross-cultural relationships. He and his wife Robbi reside in Austin with their two children.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
With 30 years of professional business experience that includes leadership roles in operations, finance and information technology, Rick Jennings owns an unparalleled record of success in building businesses, developing new opportunities and strategic planning. Prior to joining SabeRex, Rick, who holds a BA from Wittenberg University and an MBA from SMU, honed his expertise in the cable television, retail and technology industries. He and his two children live in Austin.
National Director of Business Development
An established sales professional, Bill Brainerd joined SabeRex in 2007 and presently works out of our offices in Nashville, TN. Prior to becoming a member of our team, Bill worked in the technology and service sectors for 20 years. He owns three degrees from Johnson & Wales University and has won numerous awards over the years, including the TyRex Circle of Business Trust Award in 2012 and the TyRex Professionalism Award in 2014. Bill has two children and enjoys cooking, travel, photography, scuba diving. He also volunteers in his spare time to train service animals.
Supply Chain / Inventory Manager
With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience that includes roles in operations and production control, John Craghead brings unmatched insight to his position at SabeRex. After graduating from Weber State University, John began his career by working in the automotive safety industry before moving on to manage inventory and supply chain for SabeRex. He lives with his wife, Stephanie, and two children in Cedar Park.
Technical Sales Consultant
In his role with SabeRex, Michael Garcia’s focus is on growing business for the company while also uncovering opportunities for the other TyRex Family entities. After attending the University of Texas at Austin and receiving a BA in History, he began his professional sales career at SHI, a major IT reseller in Austin. Following his tenure at SHI, Michael went on to work for other multi-billion dollar organizations where he developed a solution selling based approach for his customers. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table in sales and marketing and is well versed with technologies from major companies such as Dell, Microsoft, Oracle and many others. His experience and selling style ensure his customers always have the right solution for their projects. Michael lives in Austin and enjoys learning about new tech, reading, spending time with his friends and family and staying active.
A proven business executive, Larry Krupicka has built an exceptional record of success in the areas of distribution, operations and global program management over the last 20+ years. Prior to joining SabeRex in 2013, Larry worked for multiple organizations, including Flextronics Global Services and Jabil Global Services, where he managed strategic planning, budgeting, material procurement and inventory to ensure client customer service and profitability. An effective problem-solver and leader, he also has a track record for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Project Manager – RLG
With more than 30 years of professional experience in the technology sector, Jeff Walton brings a varied and vast amount of knowledge and expertise to his position at SabeRex. After graduating from Southwest Texas State University, Jeff embarked on a career in the technology industry that included stops at CCI/Triad, Motorola and Compuadd. Now managing the Reverse Logistics Division at SabeRex, Jeff continues to utilize his experience to solve client problems and provide solutions on a daily basis. Jeff lives in Round Rock with his girlfriend Rita and two dogs.
Strategic Sales Executive
Scott Wilson is a Strategic Sales Account Executive with the SabeRex Group and is responsible for selling the full suite of value-added products, programs, and custom total solutions offered by the TyRex Technology Family of Companies’ portfolio. A performance-driven sales and marketing leader with a diverse 25-year business career, Scott has driven strategic direction and growth in Fortune 100 to start-up environments within multiple industry sectors, including the high-tech space over the last 10 years. His proven track record as well as wealth of inter-discipline industry knowledge and insight allow him to create value for customers by implementing innovative solutions that maximize their technology investments to meet today’s ever-changing landscape. Holding a BBA from Texas State University and a MBA from the University of Houston, Scott lives in Houston with his wife and two children.
Manufacturing Engineer / SabeRex Quality Manager
With over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing/Project/NPI and Supplier Engineering, Robert “Bob” Zawadzki brings a diverse set of skills to SabeRex. Throughout his career, Bob’s leadership has motivated teams to produce quality products in precision machining, plant/line layout, 3D printing, lean manufacturing, and computer electronics, as well as semiconductor equipment fabrication. A visionary who seeks to streamline processes for developing innovative products, Bob’s work has also been instrumental in cutting production costs. He holds an AAS from Austin Community College in Engineering Design Graphics, A BS with a double major in Mathematics and Physics, and a MS in Physics from Southwest Texas State University. Bob has lived in the Austin area since 1985.
